Signes du Samedi - Vert Absinthe

Those of you that know me well, or just know my chat noir Meeps, will know why I stopped here and took a lot of shots. As a matter of fact, I have this very poster!

  2. "The green fairy" is back! One day you should tell about this drink, forbidden because it was making people mad.But all that goes with it (bottles, posters, glasses ..) is very special and beautiful!

  3. DUE TO SPAMMING ON BOTH BLOGS, I REGRET THAT I WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE ANONYMOUS FEATURE FROM MY COMMENTS AGAIN.

  4. Absinthe—better than catnip! And did dear Meeps miss you while you were away?
(Believe I will have to do the same, V—what a shame that the stupid spammers make it necessary.)

  7. I believe the thinking is "most people who would drink absinthe are already mad, so what the hell?".

  16. Your cat and I have something in common...Meeps has been my nickname since I was 2 yrs old! I came across your blog the other day and was amazed to see the name actually in print. My entire family plus some, have called me this for the past 50 plus years.
Please give your Meeps a pat on the head for me.

  17. Maryanne,
How great! I'll tell Meeps right away. Actually I got her name from Shell Sherree's blog:http://www.shellsherree.com/
A commenter on her blog used that term and I loved it. When I adopted her, I knew it was meant to be her name.

THanks for commenting and I hope you will be back often. If you are on Facebook, I have a photography page and post her photos from time to time.

  20. Aaah, it pays to have good bloggers' on the mailing list! Found this on Sherree's blog and noticed that I was abroad when you posted this delightful capture - so double BRAVOS for you and your friend with her lovely water paintings - feel like a Pastis now! (not Absinthe...)
    bisous, Kiki xoxoxoxo
