Neige du matin

A January snowfall overnight a few years ago didn't deter this runner, the walker or the pigeons at the Jardin du Palais Royal.

  1. They are far hardier souls than I. Though I like long walks, I find it difficult to motivate when the weather turns cold. *shivers*

  8. I dislike the cold (so the move south from New York to Las Vegas), but would put up with snow in Paris. Lovely

  11. Such a pretty photo, V. The snow wouldn't have stopped me from enjoying a walk out on the snow but I'd be afraid to run on it. :)

  12. The symmetry is awfully appealing. But, if the truth were to be told, I just might prefer seeing this in the spring, summer or fall.
