Une Autre Vue



Le Louvre at night is magical.  I've been lucky enough to have had the chance to photograph it twice.  Today another angle.  ( There are NO bad angles of course.)

    I remember when the pyramid was built, it was a scandal! Now , we can't imagine the yard of the Louvre without it, it's so magical!

    Three weeks touring France was my 50th birthday gift {a few ago}. I spent my actual b-day at the Louvre and it was heaven. I want to go back.

    Lovely at night... la Grenouille just started a weekly art history class at the Louvre, she was there this morning... and I'm jealous, as I have to go out and bring the bacon home.

    Oooooh—well-done, V! I remember when the pyramids weren't there, and how upset some folks were when they appeared, but I've always thought that they add a lot without detracting a thing.

    Joe, it was late, can't remember exactly. There were one or two people around. Some were wading in the pools. Tourists I suspect! :)
