Signes du Samedi - le marché

These chalkboard signs with similar script hang from almost all of the food stalls at Paris markets. I love them!

  8. They have an art all their own, don't they? But can you tell me, just under the KIWI on the left, what is that symbol - it appears to equal (=) 0.40 Euros. And what does FRA stand for?
