Paris Rouge LIII - Les Fraises

Well I have my new book, Paris Rouge finished and look what I missed! Perhaps the sequel is already in the making!  The patisserie windows in Paris are a feast for the eyes, don't you agree?

  1. I do agree Virginia, the only thing that is stopping me drooling over your divine picture is the fact that my daughter has been baking this afternoon and I have that to look forward to!!

  3. Oh my, yes! This is no doubt how the term "leche-vitrine" came about. Congrats on finishing the book, but clearly time to start working on the sequel!

  4. It's 7:24 am here in EAGAN and I wouldn't mind having one of those with a big cup of coffee for my breakfast!

Our French friend Claude and I walked by a patisserie once in Paris and he said, "Lead me not into temptation...."

  5. Ha! I had the same thought as Alexa --- leche vitrines, indeed! I love the way the bold colors of the berry tart stand out among the more neutral colors of the apple tarts. Miam-miam bien sur! Thank you for the tasty post :-)

  8. Maybe you could make this into a bookmark to use with your book - since I for one don't want to wait until the sequel!
