It's no secret that one of my most favorite "finds" in Paris are the dancers that gather every Sunday on rue Mouffetard. This lady's hair is of course one of my favorite Paris Rouge "finds"!
Oh dear, I so loved the coffee cup. Now it is gone...but the photo is nice that is replacing it, but I truly loved that idea of sharing Paris over coffee through your eyes. And the red haired dancer is probably unaware of how much attention she is getting...thanks.
I love rue Mouffetard, especially on a Saturday morning when the street performers are playing. It's a nice easy stroll up the hill form Place Maubert. I usually sit for a while in one of the cafes at Place de la Contrescarpe to watch the activity and to write my thoughts in my journal. I walk down through the market looking for something special for dinner. On a really good day I can buy fresh cod and leeks. Easy to cook and truly delicious. On bad day, imagine a bad day in Paris, I eat lunch at Le Mouffetard. One of my favorite places in Paris to eat. It just screams "tradition!"

ReplyDeleteI agree... those flaming red hair of hers are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful auburn locks, she looks like she's got to be a dancer with that figure. Gorgeous image Virginia.
ReplyDeleteIt's spectacular hair! I hope she's wearing sunblock. {Yes, I'm too practical sometimes.}
ReplyDeleteNot only red... it looks natural!
ReplyDeleteI love people watching with you!
ReplyDeleteI am excited to know there are dancers at rue Mouffetard every Sunday :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous redhead, even from this view you captured!

I think it would be hard to have hair that color and be shy—so I'll be she's not! Great shot, V.
ReplyDeleteAnd look at what a beautiful posture she has! You can always spot a dancer or a yogi by their backs! Shall we dance?
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Virginia. With her red hair, you can't miss her!
ReplyDeleteHow interesting! I am in Paris for the week so will have to visit the street myself, love your dazzling dancer!
ReplyDeleteThis is something that I've yet to witness in Paris but it sure sounds fun and I enjoy your photos!
ReplyDeletenice - au natural ?
ReplyDeleteDancers are the personal, the Parisians are personal, so what would be expected in Paris as a dancer. I like the wild hair of that color.
