Love the fabulous lanterns and the stone archways. It is exquisite both "up" and "down" and in all seasons... We have almost seen them all though I must return some fall...
If it was taken from a little higher up and looking towards the lanterns it would be the view from my bedroom window when I stay in Paris. Can one feel homesick for a vacation apartment? :)
Since the label at the bottoms says, "Arches at Palais Royal," I'm gonna guess the Palais Royal. ;)
