  5. Beautiful, V... the scene looks like a fine painting in which the artist has dipped a brush into the brighter end of the color spectrum, giving the cemetery life. The pink cyclamen draw the eyes into your art and composition.

    Excellent, my friend!

  8. V, this is such a poignant and beautiful shot! The flowers really give colour and hope to this rainy cemetery. I love it. I've never seen the rain captured in this way

  9. Just brought back memories of French class and having to memorize, then recite Paul Verlaine's Il pleure dans mon coeur

  13. I like your title picture. I've always wanted to play with a boat in the pool, but the kids would never let me.

  15. Megi, thank you for your visits!!!!

Alexa, I just learned a new word "éblouie"! :)

Starman, I want to push boats too.

Jeanne, I am a work in progress myself.

Kathy, I think it's rain or maybe condensation. Whatever, I liked the effect!

Marie, I hadn't thought of tears!

Jack, Really! We all know it NEVER rains in Paris! HA

Brittany, I loved the color myself.

Elizabeth, this is a wonderful place to photograph. Thank you.

Cezar et Leia, you are always so kind.

  16. Once again, lovely work.
Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving comment.
I have, since then, checked out your other blog and do love your work.

I was ashamed that you may have winced at some of my photo's.
I wish that I could take a class from you to square up my lens and shot choices.

Thanks, and have a good one!

  17. How emotive this image is. Something so snuggly about looking at rain on glass, either through to, or away from, a cosy room. Have just stumbled across your blog and tickled pink because we share the same name! (Unusual in Australia.)
    Cheerio from Virginia in Melbourne.
