Vert du Jalousie

Today mes chère amies Genie and Marie (aka M) are dashing off to Paris for a week. To make matters worse, they will be staying in the fabulous apartment that Mary and I adored last January, and will get to spend a week with our dear Janeen!  Did I mention meeting up with fellow bloggers Peter, Nathalie and who knows who else?  Meanwhile, I'm limping around packing and unpacking, packing and unpacking. Color me VERT!!! ( But very happy that I will get to chat with them daily and live vicariously through their photos.)

  1. Hurry and you can come with us! Bring Mary too! You know that Holly and I behaved ourselves at Janeen's in December but you broke the ice on that with your wild party in January... You are a tough act to follow, ma chere!

With the list of kisses for people, hugs to others, and things you gave me to do, I am going to feel like you are right there with me. Big hugs, and we need to go together again soon. It has been almost a year. I think Paris can handle it.

    Bisous,
    G

  2. Birmingham is not bad either... you do have a huge statue on a hill too though, don't you? Maybe it could become your green tower for us to buy and bring back to and treasure in Europe?

Genie and I will deliver all your smoochies, hugs, etc.

  4. Belgium, you are correct, here in Birmingham we have the big iron guy Vulcan! I don't know how everyone would feel about a green one though! :)

  9. After some very warm days the temperature should be down to more normal spring as from tomorrow, but I guess that Genie and Marie will do their best to get the temperature up again! :-)
