Monday, Starman asked if I had lunch or dinner here at le Train Bleu. I replied that I'd not dined but enjoyed a glass or two of champagne in this beautiful place last summer. I decided I'd post this photo to prove it! Located in the Gare de Lyon, it is over the top gorgeous. I highly recommend it.While we have the champagne out, let's just drink a little birthday toast to our friend Peter! Joyeux anniversaire mon ami!

ReplyDeleteWhat a sparklingly stunning photo! I was lucky enough to be taken to Le Train Bleu by a friend; it's such a stunning location, and the food was delicious. I don't think we drank champagne though. Let's definitely meet here for a drink sometime!

We had dinner in Le Train Bleu. It's a little pricey, but well worth the euros. Our waiter loved Key West, so when he found out we were from Florida, he couldn't do enough for us. I'm sure a lot of the wine we drank that night was not on the bill.
