The exquisite Notre Dame de Paris at sunset. To be honest, when I found this photo, I got a bit teary eyed. Sometimes the beauty of Paris just overwhelms me. What more can I say.......
Speaking of Notre Dame, have you ever seen this video of my favorite song from the stage show "Notre Dame de Paris" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Tm6dzJxEk4&feature=related
yes Virginia I agree the colours of Paris touch the heart - especially the beautiful sunrise and "l'heure bleu". I have sat many times looking onto the back end of Notre Dame with a Bertillion Rhubarb ice-cream in hand.
Colors are marvelous as well as the grand edifice itself. You have a gift to catch a moment.
ReplyDeleteV, Your beautiful pics are overwhelming too! I've never seen Notre Dame like this - absolutely breathtaking.
