Can't decide whether he's wishing he could wear such a gorgeous thing on his big foot—or counting his blessings that he doesn't ever have to try to walk in something like that. Great image, especially in b&w!
And may I add that the dress was FABULOUS and I was really wanting to capture it for all my "Paris shop window" readers. I also have a wedding dress inside that I shot through the window. Later! V
Style, I don't know why but I just fell in love with that dress. Maybe some lucky lady did get it. It's a great shop. I've photographed a wedding dress in the window from my Nov. trip and posted it way back.
I'm so pleased that he walked into your photo shoot - he's gorgeous. I think he looks a tad lonely and wishes he had some-one to buy something pretty for. Maybe the shoes or maybe something that we just can't see. c'est le vie!!
Great photo...I imagine all the things that could be going thru his mind and there are many! Love the red coffee cup. You take the simplest things and make them look so beautiful. Jeanne :)
Oh yes, it's a super shot. Perhaps he's looking at the shoe and wondering if it would suit his lady.
ReplyDeletehee hee
ReplyDeleteThis is like one of Petrea's Zen shots.
;-)
Oops, I was thinking perhaps he's looking at the shoe and wondering if it would suit himself. Jilly's idea is much better!!
ReplyDeleteThis is glorious, Virginia. And B&W suits it perfectly!
wishful thinking? That is puts on the shoe?
ReplyDeleteThis makes me think of Cinderella/Cinderfella. The dress is quite beautiful as are the shoes.

I like to think there's a Parisian woman who's receiving an extremely satisfying Valentine's Day gift in a couple of weeks.
ReplyDeleteStyle,

I need my husband in that shot...lol! Love both dresses, that would be a dream to wear on of those.
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing like a gorgeous gown to get those drag queens to stop in their tracks.
ReplyDeleteStarman,
ReplyDeleteOui, my thoughts exactly! HAAAAAA

ReplyDeleteJeanne :)
'Wishful Thinking' is what I have, when I look at this photograph.
ReplyDeleteSimply beautiful.
He's looking at Cinderella's shoe!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot; now I see, the 'A' was for Alexis!
ReplyDeleteMmm, what was he thinking? Perhaps he was a window dresser admiring the display, getting ideas?
