Gotta love the Paris Rouge... only your B&W's surpass your touch-of-red photos. There is something so elegant, soothing and meditative about these captures, and I've missed them so much... but here they are, and I am catching up as fast as I can. You are one master photographer, Virginia... David ;) *
We've never been to la Cité de l'Architecture et du Partrimone. We almost booked a flight in December, but when it didn't take, we changed our minds, because we want to go to Montréal next summer.
I like the small splash of red flowers in the Festival Rouge photo. I almost didn't notice it at first, and I saw the word "dessert" on the poster! I haven't been to la Cité de l'Architecture either, but I definitely plan on going there on my next Paris visit as it looks like a very interesting place (and has lovely red walls).
May i just say ONE MORE TIME , that this museum is just the most fabulous!! Katie and Starman and all of you must go. Peter, Mary and I were blown away with it.
I"m so glad you all enjoy Paris Rouge as much as I do. I can squeeze out a few more and then it's time to return for more! :)
You're making your own luck, Virginia ~ others wouldn't even notice the things you see.
ReplyDeleteMore red than "Festival Rouge" is difficult! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love your new header picture

ReplyDeletePeter,
We had wine here but I never saw anything else about Festival Rouge around Paris. Do you know about it?
Laurent,
I like it too!

«Louis» is enjoying your Paris Rouge series and is looking forward to more!
