I have stacks just like this in my garage and studio. I think I bought every old photo and piece of paper ephemera I could find at the flea markets both here and on my first trip to the French countryside. Now to find one in Paris.. like I really need to add more to my piles. Of course "need" has nothing to do with the collecting disease.
Peter, I think she might have "pack rat" issues. Don't let her buy ANYTHING!
Karen, The word "need" is not in my shopping vocabulary either. However, I didn't buy a thing here! Quelle surprise! It was great fun just looking, however.
Adrian, You wouldn't believe the LP's in my basement. I know they are unplayable now, not that I have a turntable any longer, but I can't part with them. They are priceless ones from the 60's!!!! There's a bar here that is covering their tables with the top portion of old LP's then putting a polyurethane coating on them. I'll take pictures when they're done. Neat idea!
Oh this is wonderful .. I love wandering flea markets and shooting the stuff I can resist .. I tend to always come home with something ..
