As you may know, I've moved to the countryside, 60 miles from Paris to teach my photography workshop. This afternoon we made a short trip from Fontaine-Fourches to Bray sur Seine. A charming little town for a photo shoot.

Love the soft colors on the first photo...and the cat is icing on the cake!
ReplyDeleteTres charmant. I bet your French is getting better and better. I ordered a Tibetan phrase book today. Lots of luck to me.
ReplyDeleteOh yay, you're in the country again! Have a wonderful time with your class - I wish I could be there to pick up photography tips! Beautiful flowers in the bottom photos, with the oh-so-French background.
ReplyDeleteEven the French cats are working for you!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics V - and of course I LOVE the kitty. L.C. thinks she's cute too! Those lucky students. Will we see any of their work?
ReplyDeleteWhich direction from Paris?
ReplyDeleteNo no ... I will g-map it! Tell us a bit about what you are hoping to achieve with your class, if you would ... sell it to us for next year!
Yes! Their work will be featured right here. They are better than I am!!!
ReplyDeleteI want one of these. How gorgeous are these little properties. Oh take me there and leave me there.
ReplyDeleteLove your blog and photos (a Francophile, as well). Can you tell me what camera you're using? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWhy so far from Paris? Admittedly, it's beautiful, but it's not Paris.
ReplyDeleteSuch a peaceful atmosphere!
ReplyDeletePerfect for concentration...
Clista, I use a Canon Rebel XTI
ReplyDeleteStarman, I admit it's not Paris but it is so beautiful and peaceful.
I am just back from a long weekend in VA .. sigh ... and now I am wanting to pack another bag and head to France ... sigh
ReplyDeleteI guess I missed this before. Wow. Oh, I just want to live there.
